Credits and plans
Poliris works with a monthly pool of credits shared by the whole workspace. Paid plans differ only by the size of the pool: every feature is available on every paid plan.

- Your first paid month comes with twice the monthly credits.
- The pool is refilled at each monthly renewal. Unused credits do not carry over.
- On a paid plan, an audit uses 2 to 4 models, and at least 5 of the 20 questions Poliris writes, plus any you add.
- Annual billing (about 20% less) and prices in euros are only offered when you subscribe from the pricing page before creating an account. Plans chosen in the app are billed monthly in US dollars.
- There are no credit packs: to get more credits during a month, move to a larger plan.
What uses credits
Credits follow the real processing cost of each action: the AI calls and data providers it needs. Before you start an audit or a crawl, Poliris shows an estimate. For a technical audit, the final charge is usually lower than the estimate, because excluded URLs are not fully tested.

Minimum balance
Some actions check the balance before they start:
- An AI visibility analysis, a new project or a new brand needs at least 100 credits left. Scheduled analyses are skipped when the balance is below 100.
- A technical audit needs at least 5 credits and enough credits for the page count you choose. The page slider stops at what your balance covers.
When a button shows a padlock, the action is not available with your current plan or balance. Clicking it explains why and offers Upgrade to unlock.
Following your usage
